Internet Light is Red.

Hello,

Initially when I signed up I was to be connected today but it has moved to tomorrow but it seems that BT have disconnected us as we have no broadband but the phone is working.

I have checked my account with BT online and we no longer have phone or broadband with them.

I tried to get online with the PlusNet router but the internet light is red.

Can someone help me?

Looks like the order shows as completed a short while ago and you're up and running now.
