I seem to be having problems with my Internet connection.
This happens numerous times a day and is more noticeable as my partners mobile data warning keeps popping up saying she is using mobile data while sat in the same room as the router.
Can you confirm if there is any problem with my line/router? Can you please advise how long I have left on my contact? If I want to claim for the downtime how would I go about this? Thanks,
