Forget about getting any money from BT you aren't their customer and their isn't any SLA on broadband

Don't I know it.  At the time we were BT customers for phone line so they eventually agreed to drop some of the charges but I know I could never get the rest back now.

Yes - But if you left within the next 12 months we would expect you to pay for the cost of the router (£29.99).
