Internet Connection issue (upload near on 0)

Internet connection tonight has suddenly degraded to almost 0. Speed tests show maximum typical download (45mbps) but upload is 0 or very close to 0. Ping is 11 and using Google speed test. Rebooted router etc and same issue every time. Main concern is WFH on Monday morning and my other half on Tuesday.

Any ideas what it could be please?

I have raised a ticket but need to try and get this sorted ASAP.
