My internet connection drops out several times a day for several minutes at a time. I raised a ticket months ago but was unhelpfully told its probably my fault (somehow) and would have to take a day off to wait in for an engineer.
Well now I will be home for the foreseeable future so please send an engineer.
P.s. this is the second property that I have had problems with your internet. I will not be renewing contract.
