I've tried to determine whether it correlates with anything going on in the house (other devices connecting, viewing / streaming from a particular site) etc. but there doesn't appear to be anything in particular affecting it. I've noticed it more in the evenings, but of course I'm more likely to be using it then...

As I said in my post earlier today, it's definitely been better recently. The drops are less frequent and aren't lasting as long. There doesn't appear to be any middle ground with this issue either, it's either fine, or unusable.

Thanks for providing this information. I'm glad to hear that the connection speeds appear to have improved a lot on your end of things and hopefully it will stay this way as we can't see anything that would cause it to lower again, however if you do start to notice any further issues please let us know so we can investigate further.
