Since I moved to my new property in May I've been having an intermittent signal problem with Plusnet Fibre Extended. I've had three engineers come out and they fix something which then works for a bit for the signal to go back to intermittent. I've had a new router sent toe and the signal this morning was dropping out again. Is there an issue with Plusnet at the moment. I don't want to keep ringing up to sort this out as I work from home and need the wifi.
Thanks

@laurenbull Welcome to the forums. When you say 'the signal goes to intermittent', exactly what do you mean? If you have had OpenReach out, have you asked them what they did to 'rectify' the problem?

Ah, so effectively you have an intermittent issue with the OpenReach network, not Plusnet themselves. Are you able to post your Error log - it may give us a clue as to what is happening, as OR will only be looking at the situation at the time they are there.
