Intermittent loss of connection to Plusnet services today?

Today I've experienced several episodes of loss of connection to various Plusnet services like Mail and Community.
Sometimes it is associated with a Router dropout (one of the pains of a rural connection) but on at least two occasions I was able to get Mail from my other two Mail services and also continue working on other Web connections.
Is there something up with the internal network?

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
