I have had issues with my broadband for several months when I ring through I'm told the issue is with the SNR. This was apparently fixed 2 weeks ago. It is so unreliable. My husband uses the Internet a lot for work as do I for uni and the lack of a reliable service is getting silly. I am seriously considering changing providers. My Internet had just come back after no Internet for nearly 9 hours! It have done EVERY STEP of the troubleshooting guide serveral timed. very frustrated customer!!!!!!!
