Intermittent connectivity problem

Hi
I've been experiencing frequent disconnects since last night.
I've tried changing my gateway to see if this resolves the issue but I don't think it's helped.
The service status shows no problems so I was wondering if you could maybe help me out?
The disconnects have gotten worse this morning, and I'm probably only managing to maintain a connection for around 5 minutes at a time.

Is anybody looking into this? Other threads have been replied on but nothing on this and the issues are really quite bad.
The internet is pretty much unusable right now, and I've had disconnections since posting this thread....

We're seeing the disconnections you described on your line. It looks like you started the faults checker but then closed it off, can you go back through it at https://faults.plus.net so we can take a more detailed look in to what's happening.

Yeah... our connection dropped when we started Tongue we'll try again.
