Hi
I've been having problems with my broadband for a while, but it has become a serious problem now I have to work from home. The line drops out intermittently and has periods of going really slow (even during non high traffic hours).
Could someone please test the line to see if there is a fault? I've tried the master socket test and still it is happening

Hi
I'm having the same problem. It's like the router is loosing signal like twice a day and restart automatically.
I always had the porblem but was not really impacting me. Now that I'm WFh and it's happening in middle of meeting it's a problem.

im pretty sure all the technical problems are taking them ages at the minute. i have the same issue as you, and have tried everything i can think of for an issue i have had since january.
if i were you i would phone their tech support because queries seem to be a much, much lower priority on this forum at the moment.
also have you had a look at the router logs?
