Intermittent Slow Speeds, Not Sure?

Most sites I visit load fine. But, some do not. I've been growling at my hosting provider, but again, not so sure now. Can someone please tell me if this looks normal:

This trace route looks fine, the second hop to our gateway does have a higher ping but this should not cause any performance issues.
How many other sites do you have this issue with? can you provide the trace route for them?

Sometimes my IP doesn't change for weeks. I'll check and may reboot my router. Forgot, that may have cleared this type of issue up, previously. So weird. Some sites are quick, some are slow. So hard to tell.

Everything again looks fine on your trace route. It will be a case of when you are experiencing any issues, run a trace route so we can try and pin-point where the issue is.
