Interesting , that's living close to an exchange make of it what you will .

Speedtest.net ping times are not always accurate.
Distance from London (where Plusnet datacentre's are located) can make quite a difference (routing to London to be a bit more precise / pedantic), distance to local exchange doesn't affect ping very much.
What do you get if you type 'ping bbc.co.uk' in a command prompt?

Screenshot a bit difficult to read (ctrl+ helps a lot though).

ctrl + good one ya learn something everyday cheers  , was just wondering why speeds went up with interleaving off not just pings go down .
