Hi,
I am being told on your ticket system that my interleaving has been switched off when i know it is on. My pings to say bbc.co.uk used to be 22-30ms, now they are 40-60ms. Also my router stats say otherwise. Next to channel it says Interleave.
My router details-
BusyBox v1.00 (2007.06.22-11:05+0000) Built-in shell (ash)
Enter 'help' for a list of built-in commands.
# adslctl info --stats
adslctl: ADSL driver and PHY status
Status: ShowtimeRetrain Reason: 1
Channel: INTR, Upstream rate = 448 Kbps, Downstream rate = 5792 Kbps
Link Power State: L0
Mode: G.DMT
Channel: Interleave <<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<< SEE
Trellis: ON
Line Status: No Defect
Training Status: Showtime
Down Up
SNR (dB): 6.4 22.0
Attn(dB): 47.0 25.0
Pwr(dBm): 19.7 12.3
Max(Kbps): 6368 1140
Rate (Kbps): 5792 448
I wish it to be switched off so i have lower pings for gaming. I believe ther may be a glitch in bt sytem or yours somewhere telling you it is off.
Thank you.

Performing a line test is showing interleaving as 'off', when I check on the system we get line reports from it's showing as 'opt-out' but running interleaved.
I'll go place a manual order to try and correct this which should complete tomorrow.
