Just seen the new button under connection settings about interleaving. So if its switches off and the connection becomes unstable will i not be able to turn it back on? Even if i paid for it to be put back on? Thanks Glenn.
its free to turn it on and off. each request takes about 1 working day for bt to do all that button does is raise a ticket on your account for comms to pick up and action
Can you tell me please, why BT would turn off interleaving, as per ticket ID: 30876197? I'm experiencing falling d/load speeds now @ 9/800 kbps. IP Profile for line is now 3000 kbps Many thanks Ian
Hi exporters, I've just had a look on BTs systems and it's showing that interleaving is on at the moment. Did you want it removing? It's best on if you've a long line as it'll help keep the connection stable, but you will get faster pings without it.
