Interleaving switch-off request not made, but e-mail tells me different.

Hi chaps,
I received an e-mail early this morning from Plusnet stating that interleaving was going to be switched off at my request (e-mail ref E0105). I haven't made any such request, and from what I've read I'd be better off with it being left on (I'm not a gamer so I wouldn't see any real benefit).
Can you advise on whether this is just an e-mail error or if this is actually happening? If it is can you make arrangements to keep interleaving on my account.

We have placed a regrade your line to the newer 21CN, this will allow your services to run on ADSL2+.
When the order has been placed interleaving has been set as off, I would see how it is with it off as 21CN lines tend to have a better stability compared to 20CN.
If it looks like your line needs interleaving turned on then I can get it actioned within one working day.

I must say since I had interleaving done about three weeks ago the internet service has been great no problems at all it's been the best ever connection since joining Plusnet may it last for a long time.

Interleaving can certainly be a benefit, but as your going onto 21CN then I'd give it a try with it turned off and if you need it I'll get it straight on. Either way I'll make sure that your connection remains how it is.
