Hi
I've seen the option before when ordering broadband and have usually left it off but appears you switch it on my default.
So in your experience comms people is it best to leave it on or off?
If I even wanted to switch it off, can it be restored by support at a later date if necessary?

Hiya,
We can easily turn it on and off if required.
By default it is set to "auto". Generally I'd keep it like that unless you specifically need it turning off.

Thanks James
I ask only because the icon appeared in my member centre saying it was on and giving a warning that if I switched it off it would not be possible to switch it on again.
Thanks for the advice.
