Interleaving & VoIP

Is there any relationship between interleave being on and sensible TCP pause time, I mean it looks like from time to time I have 100ms pauses?

Re: Interleaving & VoIP

Hi Patrice,
Whilst it shouldn't be causing that about of latency, I'm happy to put you onto a non interleaved line for 24 hours if you want to give that a go?

Yep, that would be fine: as you suspected, it's really for a trial. I can't discriminate why I have issues.
Do I need to raise a ticket or this post is OK?

Re: Interleaving & VoIP

Hi Patrice,
No need at all.  I've put a ticket on your account to inform you that I have placed an order to remove interleaving from your line.
It will complete on Monday.  If you want it readded, it will take a further 1 working day to do so.
