Interleaving: a cautionary tale

If you've requested interleaving to be switched off, you'll have seen a note that tells you that PN will switch it back on before they can do anything about a fault. Don't believe it.
I've spent several days diagnosing an intermittent slowdown (2Mbps throughput despite a constant 8Mbps 20CN sync). Only now do I discover that interleaving is still off Shocked
It would be an understatement to say there was some loud swearing when I discovered that PN hadn't switched it on!
[edit: for any PN reps listening, see ticket #63959199]

Re: Interleaving: a cautionary tale

Update: PN has requested the interleave change and apologised for the error (thanks, Dan).
