If you've requested interleaving to be switched off, you'll have seen a note that tells you that PN will switch it back on before they can do anything about a fault. Don't believe it.
I've spent several days diagnosing an intermittent slowdown (2Mbps throughput despite a constant 8Mbps 20CN sync). Only now do I discover that interleaving is still off
It would be an understatement to say there was some loud swearing when I discovered that PN hadn't switched it on!
