Interleaving/Profile Reset

Hello,
How hard is it for PlusNET to get interleaving turnt off on my Fibre line? BTOR screwed up my fibre install and we had to open a faults with PlusNET in order for a visit to replace internal wiring. Prior to BTOR visiting, the fault caused DLM to kick in and now interleaving enabled 
I've spoke to staff via twitter, BTOR Engineer told me i need to contact my ISP to get interleaving removed. They adviced me to open a fault, and before i could reply requesting internleaving turnt off my ticket was closed.
Have i made the wrong choice of ISP? my ADSL 21cn (PlusNET) had a better ping than my fibre

I see Matt has spoken with you on Twitter, we'll be looking to get this removed for you, we have no control over the DLM on fibre and have to report this to our suppliers who then normally arrange an engineer to reset your line.
