Interleaved + upstream speed?

A few months ago I had disconnection issues which were traced to the router, since replaced. At the time I was put on an interleaved connection plus my upload speed  was capped.
I still notice that my upstream snr is still set at around 10-12 dB & my upstream connection  is fixed at 888 Kbps.
Would it be possible to reset my upstream snr to 6 dB & remove the interleaving please?

I've just placed an order for Interleaving to be removed for your line, we'd expect this order to complete by tomorrow morning. Once complete, I'm complete an SNR Reset on your line to get the upload speeds back to where they were before.
