Interleaved to fastpath request.

Hi
I was migrated across to the 21CN network last week and am very pleased with the speed increase.
(Sync increased from 8,128 to 18,500, downloading at 15.5Mbit/sec)
However It has changed from Fast to Interleaved on the swop over.
Can fast be re-enabled please.
