Interleave and SNR request

Hi Could someone please get my interleaving switched to on and SNR reset back from 9 to 6db please

Just had a look, it seems the reset is going through but I've submitted another one anyway just to be sure - hope it takes effect.

I'll try as 2 separate orders. SNR reset first as this happens within a few minutes, then I'll place the interleaving order which should complete tomorrow.

Thanks Chris i have my 6db back
also i now have an ip profile of 14Mbps but my pn profile is still at 12.4Mbps could someone give it a nudge please
