HI, so I have been with Plusnet for a couple months now and for the first month it was great. However for the last 3 or 4 weeks its been a nightmare while playing any sort of online game. Every 5-45 seconds, the game will lag and then fast forward to catch up with whats going on. The drops are a max of 3 seconds if its being particularly bad and minimum of half a second if its not too bad. I have also noticed that the orange light on the hub will often show up quite frequently before turning back to blue. Not sure what the fault is here. Any help will be appreciated, thanks.
