Well that 37Mb Current line speed is the issue, very strange because Chris Purvey says he sorted it. Need a PN member of staff to sort it for you.

Looks ok from the member centre, I'm not at home at the moment so I can't tell what the connection itself looks like.

I too had my new PN Unlimited service installed a few days ago, and I'm also stuck at 37 Mbps, even though the Openreach engineer was recording an available speed >80 at my property. I've raised a ticket ( no 69579304 ) but unfortunately had no response.
Is this a profile issue? Can any of the PN engineers on here help me sort this out?
