Installation time

I have been given a date of 4/7 to install the line. I am only available till 21/7, by which time it must be installed and working or the contract will be cancelled as there will not be anyone at the property for some time.

I have been through the "no-one home when we called" thing with Sky (lies by the way) who then just postponed the next date by a month. So I am anxious this does not also happen with Plusnet!

Please note, the installation window is 4th July to 21st July only. The sooner the better any time after 30th June!
