Initial setup; lights are all on (technicolor), SSID showing, no connection..

Have off and on'd a few times, but same result, I can see the Plusnet ssid in my wireless connections, but it shows limited or no connectivity.  The ethernet connection is the same.  No one else can connect using wireless on other devices.  I can't access the router's ip (I have a dongle for internet at the moment) through any browser.  Any ideas, good people?

Check the PC is not set on a static IP address which is outside the routers subnet.
Best to set the PC's network settings to "automatically obtain the IP address"

Aha! The one thing I hadn't tried was resetting the router. Even when I think I've turned it all off and on again.... Have zippy new internet now. Thank you!
