Does anyone know what the situation is re Install fees, If a say a BT retail FTTC customer was migrating from BT to plusnet staying on the same FTTC product Do Plusnet still charge a installation fee ,?
I ask as the migration wouldn't require involvement of an BTOR engineer at the street cab or the customers home then there is no actual installation therefore surely there shouldn't be associated charges as it would be re routed to Plusnet by BTW in the same or similar way that land line voice services are transferred between different providers ?
