Incredibly slow speeds this afternoon.

Heilo there, I've noticed this afternoon that my download speed has reduced to a crawl.
Here's my most recent speed test:

My router is currently synced at 7648/448 and I'm on the Plusnet Pro package, so clearly something is amiss 
Any chance you could take a look at this for me?

Looking at the recent line reports, you had a low sync a few days ago which put your IP Profile down to 750. This increased back to 5500 this morning, so if you haven't done already I'd suggest a reboot of your modem/router and then trying another speedtest.

Never mind, sorted it out. Was a problem at my end, someone had been fiddling with the QoS settings on the router.
