Why such an odd number
Quote We will shortly be increasing the capacity of our 21CN host links by 2010Mbps. It's these host links that we use to deliver bandwidth to the majority of customers on our 'Up to 20Mbps' service.

Hi Oldjim,
According to our networks team, the 2010Mbps additional bandwidth is split across two sites. Once the hostlink is above 8.6Gbps per node the increases no longer go up in regular amounts (say 100Mbps, 200Mbps, etc). No other reason behind the seemingly odd figure.
