Increase in upload speed?

Is there anyway to get an increase in upload speed?
I'm on the top fibre package and my current speeds are

are those results wired or wireless

hard wired to the router (gigabit Ethernet)

What were your speed estimates out of interest?
The upload speed is about right for a downstream rate of 19Mbps. Your upload speeds should be determined on your downstream rate (as well as the quality of cabling between your Telephone Pole and Cabinet).

Yes it is close to what I was quoted.
I was really just wondering if there is anyway to have it increased or not? (or and account addon)

Hi there,
The speed is pretty much governed by how close you are to the cabinet (green box) that supplies your connection. That being the case I'm afraid there's nothing we can do from our side to improve the speeds I'm afraid.
