Seriously concerned with the performance of PlusNet, however it is good to see that someone is collating all the speed problems – perhaps we will get a fix?

Sounds like we're just misprofiling your line after an IP Profile change.  I'll get it changed now and you should see an improvement after a reboot of your router.

James - Thanks that did make a difference. Speed has increased from 1.4 megs to 2.6 megs - Still a long way from satisfactory though.
Why is it taking so long (since 26th September) to resolve this issue?
