Incorrect profile

Hi,
I was wondering if it was normal for a house move of FTTC line to be limited to 40 down and 2 Mbps up?
I was expecting upload to be a little higher.
I've raised a ticket in case there is a problem #87959499.
Thanks,
J

Re: Incorrect profile

Oldjim was right, it was most definitely a miss click when the order was originally placed.
I've placed the order to correct this now so if you reboot your modem around this time tomorrow you should see abit of an increase Smiley
I hope this helps.

Thanks. I'll check tomorrow after a modem reboot.

Re: Incorrect profile

Sorted.
38 down and 8 up.
Line stats from a bt speed test suggest I could have up to 50 down (obviously capped by my product at the moment). Is it likely that my up speed could increase as this states up to 20?
