Incorrect Profile Rate

Hi there
The profile rate is incorrect as the following profile rate are:
BT IP: 17.28 Mb (12 hours)
PN IP: 15.4 Mb (3 days)
Sync: 19583 kbps (12 hours)
Can Plusnet please adjusted the correct profile to match BT one. Thanks
Please note: I had try to force re-connected many times to see if it kicked the plusnet profile to rise but it won't work.

Please don't bump your own thread, we work through the forums and will get to as many posts as we can during a day.

As you know it can take up to 12 hours for these to update on our side, however the latest report we have for your line is above hence it still being at 15400.
I've changed it manually now for you.

Thanks Chris. Can plusnet please put sync stamped date and time and plusnet ip profile time and date stamped on the member connection hi speed so we will know when is the next updated (12 hours) will be useful for all plusnet members.
