Could PN please adjusted plusnet profile to match BT one at 16.64Mb. I am currently sync at 18859K and BT Speedtester result come back saying I should be on 16.64 IP Profile rate. Thanks

Hi,
I can see your profile needs a little bump, we've recently started receiving additional data that comes through to us on the delta reports, so basically would like to see if this is working correctly.
I'll make sure either way that this is bumped by the end of tonight.
Is that OK?

Updated: I had called up and plusnet done it for me
