Incorrect Plusnet IP Profile

Please explain what PRACTICAL difference such a small discrepancy is making to your use of the internet.
Had you noticed anything or was it just your obsession with continually checking and running tests that led you find the difference?

Speed is matter to me as I paid my service to Plusnet. 300Kbps is does matter!

If your line was so long that you could only sync at sub 2Mbps speeds, 300Kbps would be significant. But with speeds of over 16Mbps 300kbps is insignificant.

This thread is between me & plusnet staff. Thanks. The local exchange will change to 16.8Mb on Plusnet IP in the next 72 hours anyway.

I had Att of 23 and rarely got over 18MB
only way of obtaining those speeds is dropping your snrm to 0

I had snr of -0.1dB for 38 hours stable once no loss of sync rate.

only 5 CRC errors. Using dgnd3700v2 and mk2 original genuine bt openreach telephone adsl vdsl face plate with rfi filter on the master socket.
