Incorrect IP profile

Broadband speed has been getting slower and a test shows the download at 2.99Mbps and line profiled at 3Mbps.
Hopefully, someone at PlusNet can increase the profile to the maximum asap.

Hi there Mardler.
I've checked over your line and found that the bRAS profile was set to 3mb.
I've now reset the line to bring the speed back up to 7150. You'll need to reboot your router in 4 hours to pick up the new speeds (8pm).

Just reran BT speed check and:-
Download = 7.33Mbps
Upload = 0.39Mbps
