Inconsistent Speed (Advice & Help required)

Hi I'm just wondering if one of the Tech guys could look into the inconsistent download speeds that I receive.
I have attached some test results that have been taken over a number of days and at different times.
As you can see the speeds vary drastically.
My IP Profile says 77.44 Mpbs.
I'm wired to my router via homeplug, but have tried direct connection to the router with no difference.
Any help would be good.

Couple of things:
Can you run the BT Speed Test (http://speedtest.btwholesale.com/), click on Further Diagnostics, run that then post the results?
Can you also post the estimated line speed/current line speed from here https://portal.plus.net/my.html?action=data_transfer_speed ?

Just looking at your previous thread (http://community.plus.net/forum/index.php/topic,111344.msg955307.html#msg955307) where you had speed issues.
Are the speedtest.net results below all done over Home Plug?

I know what you're saying about the home plugs, but I've updated them. and tried direct connection to the router, the results are a mixture of both.
It's the inconsistency that's the problem, for some time i was getting between 60 & 70 Mbps, then it just started fluctuating.
Some times it seems fine and then at other times it just goes slow.
I've raised a fault request so I'll see what that shows up.

Raising a fault would have been what we'd recommend as the next step, let me know if you need any help/advice beyond that.
