In need of a profile update/reset

Just had a kelly communications engineer round who was great, did a nice job of everything and I'm up and running at 12Mbps according to my router which is right for our area (Estimate 13Mbps)
However this was done on a home move, I ran a speed test and it seems the line profile is still at 3Mbps from when the line was at my previous property, I've tried using BT wholesales checker but it doesn't recognise my number and thinks it's still disconnected.
Can this be manually reset or a request put in or will it just update overnight? Cheers

The order isn't complete yet, so I'm pleased you've got a connection. You will need to drop PPP (disconnect the router and reconnect it) and you should get your new speeds.

Session reset and everything's working! Almost 11mbps throughput Grin
