Improving Upload Speed

Hi Everyone,
Here is my Speed Test result:

Is there any way to improve the upload speed as it is diabolical at the moment?
I have a 'normal' Plusnet account (not sure which) and the Pro Add On so i do expect the upload speed to be better really.

Looks like you need to request that your upstream is uncapped.

Run this BT test http://speedtest.btwholesale.com/ clicking Further Diagnostics and put in your phone number.
Post back with the results.

I would suggest you call support on 0800 432 0200 or 0345 140 0200 from a mobile and request it of them.
However there has been a major outage this evening so the lines may be very busy.
If you wait until Monday a Customer Relations Team member could take a look for you.

Hi,
I've just done a status check, and as Strat says, the upstream is limited to 448k. I'm placing an order to upgrade this for you now. You should have an improved upload speed by this time tomorrow.
