Would it be possible to have a function so that when a user received an email that your system had marked as [SPAM] and the user wanted to mark it as not spam the [SPAM] marking could be removed and you then gave an automatic option to add the sender to the users white list. This would save the user having to got to the email settings and add an entry manually to the white list. This could cut down the number of false positives.

i understand that currently, any email sent is added to your whitelist.
Failing that, im not sure of any other means to achive what your asking for other then logging into the spam settings page?
