IP profile speed is only half of the estimated speed

Had the broadband installed for 14 days.
Estimated line speed: 13Mbps
Current line speed: 6.6Mbps
BT speed test:
Download speedachieved during the test was - 6.38 Mbps
For your connection, the acceptable range of speeds is 2 Mbps-7.15 Mbps.
IP Profile for your line is - 6.5 Mbps
Upload speed achieved during the test was - 0.67Mbps
Additional Information:
Upstream Rate IP profile on your line is - 0.83 Mbps
Details from router:
DSL Type: ITU-T G.992.5
Bandwidth (Up/Down) [kbps/kbps]: 880 / 7,371
Data Transferred (Sent/Received) [MB/MB]: 9.50 / 201.76
Output Power (Up/Down) [dBm]: 12.2 / 20.2

Re: IP profile speed is only half of the estimated speed

Hi elfwolf,
I've taken a look at your line and can't really see a lot wrong with it if I'm honest.
The IP Profile doesn't look to have updated at the time you ran the Speed Test. I don't think the Line Estimate is quite right, given the elngth of your line, I would expect around 6Mb.
