IP profile speed is only half of the estimated speed

Had the broadband installed for 14 days.
Estimated line speed: 13Mbps
Current line speed: 6.6Mbps
BT speed test:
Download speedachieved during the test was - 6.38 Mbps
For your connection, the acceptable range of speeds is 2 Mbps-7.15 Mbps.
IP Profile for your line is - 6.5 Mbps
Upload speed achieved during the test was - 0.67Mbps

Hi elfwolf,
I've taken a look at your line and can't really see a lot wrong with it if I'm honest.
The IP Profile doesn't look to have updated at the time you ran the Speed Test. I don't think the Line Estimate is quite right, given the elngth of your line, I would expect around 6Mb.
