IP profile reset unbanding

Hi,
The engineer has been out and replaced a wire from the main box to the master socket. The box was in the loft.
Now on the unlimited package.
Is there any chance to get a line reset and an uncapping on the upload please? I share a home with 2 other people and I like to game.. but so much lag!!  😞
Thank you for all your help you've given me. Much appreciated and stress relieving.

Glad to hear your happier with things.
I've just submitted the SNR reset along with order 1-15879484020 to uncap the upstream
