Hi all, If someone from plusnet support is watching these threads could I please have a IP profile reset ? My downstream rate is now: Rate (Kbps): 16771 but I can barely do 12 Mbit/s The adsl settings seems to be stable, no need to touch those.
Hi Justinian, I've just had a chat with our suppliers and they have confirmed that your IP Profile has been moved up to 14000 now which is where we would expect it to be given your sync rate. You should notice a slight increase from your 12Mb within the next hour or so.
