IP profile reset please

Hi, had my line fixed a few days ago but it crawling as the profile is yet to reset, can a mod reset it for me?
Stats are
Upstream 448
Downstream 7648
SNR Margin(Upstream) 18.0
SNR Margin(Downstream) 4.3
Line Attenuation(Upstream) 24.5
Line Attenuation(Downstream) 52.0
BT Wholesale is giving
Download speed of 0.02
Upload of 0.04 and a ping of 0.00

We'll do an SNR reset, should complete in the next hour or so.

Great, thanks for that. Guess it's normal for the line to stop altogether as this happens?

There should be a brief disconnection for a few seconds, but that's it really.
