When someone from the PN staff has time could they check to see if the Plusnet IP profile for the connection has been updated to match the latest one from BT.
I've also noted that the exchange VPs are red with a fix date of the 21st Aug.
Thanks.

Some time has passed since the original post so could someone have a look and see if the PN profile needs updating ..... thanks.
The VPs are OK at the exchange according to the PUG ESC.

Hi Apprentice,
Apologies for the oversight of this, not to sure why it was missed. I have had a look at your profile and is at 3.5MB/s.
This is what it should be set to, however there was a speed drop a few days ago. I'd suggest disconnecting your PPP session, by logging into your router and clicking disconnect, then power down your router for a few minutes and power back on. Once this is done you will need to log back into your router and click connect, you should then see that your speeds are back as they were.
If you are having any issue's with this, let me know and I'll pick it straight up for you.
Chris
