IP profile need a push from Plus?

I've had a connection sync of 7363 now for over 11 days (things seemed to have speeded up by a meg for no apparent reason!).
BT speed test has said my "Assured rate IP profile" is at 6000. And has done for (at least) most of this 11 days. (I'm wondering if this shouldn't be a little higher considering sync of well over 7meg)
Plusnet "max stable rate" from https://portal.plus.net/my.html?action=stable_rate says I'm at 5500.
speed tests seem to consistently show about 5000kbps +/- 100 or so.
Sync at 7363 but "real speed" of 5000 seems a bit stingy. no?
Just wondering if I couldn't get another 500kbps from PN's IP profile setting at least.
