IP profile low - please nudge

My IP profile has dropped right down to 135 since my router was turned off accidentally at the weekend.
Any chance someone from PlusNet can give it a nudge?  Previously it was happily sitting at 3500

Plusnet can't do anything about that.
You will have to wait for the BT automatic system to catch up

Unfortunately until the profile you see on a BT Speedtest (speedtester.bt.com) increases us changing the profile on our side will have no effect.
