This is regarding my question #73073568. I have been experiencing broadband speed problems for a while, and the support team said that my line connection would be reset (they said that Wednesday last week) . However, when I did a speedtest, my IP profile was a healthy 12000+ kbps, but my download speed is stuck at around 230 kbps (which is also my line connection speed on the plusnet members page). How come my IP profile is fast, but my line connection isn't? BTW, I've been stuck with this speed for a few weeks now, had a BT engineer in to clear some noise off the line and he did some tests and okayed everything. I have also tried a few different different routers, filters and cables to try and sort out my speed problems, all of which haven't made any difference.
